Aqua Blue is an abstract painting inspired by the natural beauty of the Ionian Sea. This piece captures bold color arrangements, drawn from a candid photo of a school of blue fish during a boat cruise of the Blue Caves in Zakynthos, Greece.

In Aqua Blue, soft color tones are blended with contrasting dark shades to manipulate the water flow and movement of the fish. Using airbrush techniques, I enhanced the sense of motion, while hand-painted details in Aqua Blue give it an organic, free-flowing feel.
