Order processing time
Shipping items across Canada will take a preparation time of 7 days assuming the item is available in stock. If the recipient has ordered a custom piece they will be informed by Jay Misurka via email or text message on updates and timeline. Items can be shipped anywhere. Shipping cost will be applied based on rates of recipient’s location. And if they wish to proceed with express shipping.
Shipping times
- Orders within Canada will arrive in 5-7 business days
- Orders to the United States will arrive in 5-10 business days
- Overseas orders will take up to 3 weeks to arrive

Local delivery or pickup
Any local delivery within the GTA can be discussed with Jay Misurka. Any local delivery inquiries outside of the GTA can be discussed with Jay Misurka, an additional gas fee will be applied for any local orders outside of the GTA. If you wish to pick up your order you will receive an email with details to pick up your items.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
Full refund and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within the 30 days after purchase period. Refunds will be distributed to the original payment method used to order the item. For all exchanges and returns:
- Item must not be damaged or modified
- Must have a valid receipt
- All original packaging must be returned
Sale or discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order please do so immediately. Contact Jay Misurka directly at jmisurka10@yahoo.ca If your order has shipped and the changes have not been made. Please return the item unused and get a refund.
If your order doesn't arrive by the estimated date please wait 48 hours before contacting us at jmisurka10@yahoo.ca We will do our best to locate your package.
